In last night's experience, it proved necessary to apply the xntp-030_A044 ECO
to prevent XNTP from reverting back to standard time.

Humm, I did not experience that problem. What I did do, is forget to
restart NTP after the DST timezone file updates. Doh.

However, as soon as I did, it brought all my systems in line.
