This is one I've never seen nor heard reported. Unless it recurs, there's
likely nothing that can be done about it.

heh... That's not very optimistic. From what I've heard, there's
little you can't pull off, Dan. ;-)

I have done some more digging and have some more information available,
the log file from the session and the identity of the person on the
client end (a fellow ITS person here), so I can ask him what, if
anything, he might have done that was unusual.
