Block FTP (EX)

Can I block S O M E(!!!) of the VMS users from using FTP? Other should use it freely

Depending upon how many users you're talking about, and the relative=

numbers of should/shouldn't, ACLs on the FTP image may work in one of=
=20
the following scenarios:

1. remove W:RE access from the image and add the same access via A=

to the image, either per user or a rightslist identifier that i=

granted to those that should be able to use FTP
2. leave the W:RE access in place, but put an ACL on the image tha=
t
denies access to those that shouldn't use it, either individual
users in the ACE or a rightslist identifier that is granted to
those users
