We have ECOs to handle the changes in Daylight Savings Time for the
United States and Canada.

MultiNet customers should install the following ECOs on all systems running
MultiNet, regardless of whether XNTP/NTP is currently running on the system.
There are parts of MultiNet that make use of updates provided in these ECOs
even if XNTP/NTP is not running.

For MultiNet 4.4 install:
XNTP-030_A044 which includes an updated MULTINET_SOCKET_LIBRARY.EXE

For MultiNet 5.0 and MultiNet 5.1 install:
SOCKET_LIBRARY-010_A051
UCX_LIBRARY_EMULATION-030_A051
MASTER_SERVER-020_A051
NTP-010_A051

********

NOTE for MultiNet 4.4 installations: MultiNet 4.4 included both NTP (v2) and
XNTP (v3). Customers using NTP will need to switch to XNTP. There is a
command procedure (multinet:convntp.com) which may assist in switching from
NTP to XNTP).

********

NOTE for MultiNet 5.0 installations: MultiNet 5.0 included both XNTP (v3) and
NTP (v4). These ECOs provide updates *only* for NTP (v4). Customers running
XNTP on MultiNet 5.0 will need to switch to NTP by issuing the following commands:

$ multinet netcontrol xntp shutdown
$ multinet configure/servers
SERVER-CONFIG> disable xntp
SERVER-CONFIG> enable ntp
SERVER-CONFIG> restart
SERVER-CONFIG> exit

The same ntp.conf file used for XNTP can be used for NTP (v4).

********

After installing the ECOs, XNTP/NTP needs to be restarted with

$ multinet netcontrol xntp shutdown
$ multinet netcontrol xntp start

$ multinet netcontrol ntp shutdown
$ multinet netcontrol ntp start

Select the correct command(s) above for your NTP version. Additional components
may need to be restarted from the other non-NTP ECOs - follow the instructions
provided in those ECOs.

No, you do not need to reinstall the master_server kit.
The dependency was listed for customers that may not have installed it yet.

This master_server kit is about a month old, and i've already installed
it here. I realize that there's no need to install it again, but I want
a sanity check that this is expected. Thanks!
