DST question

One more, possibly dumb, DST question. Now that my TIMEZONE.DAT file
contains

Rule US 2007 DST 1:00 Sunday >= 8 March 2:00 First
Sunday November 2:00

will MultiNet understand to change to DST only once - as opposed to
*every* Sunday in March on or after the 8th?

Interesting, if not humorous, question.

My guess is that the answer is 'every Sunday'. HOWEVER, DST is
either 'on' or 'off', so
no harm is done in turning it 'on' more than once. Only a single
correction would be made.
