WinSCP376 and uppercase DOS filenames
(too old to reply)

I'm running VMS v7.3-2 on an AlphaES45 cluster and we use WinSCP to
transfer data from the PC world to the VMS world and back again. When
transferring files from the PC [in which the filenames are in uppercase]
the resulting filename in VMS begins with a $ sign, or there are $ signs
whenever an uppercase character is found in the DOS filename. Is there
a logical name translation that will stop this from happening?
